What last administrations have done was using local contractors for their own selfish gain to carry out projects across the State that will not stand the test of time. Most projects especially roads, have been in poor condition as a result of using quack contractors to execute the projects.

According to information available to ZN, at signing of the agreement, the ceremony was aculmination of days and months of critical planning and deft negotiations and a major step forward in the administration of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s plan to start an infrastructural revolution that would change the face of Delta State which includes warri and its environs.
It was learnt that the project is to be completed within 27 months, to construct three flyovers a cloverleaf and road expansion in warri and Effurrum axis.
