The former governor of Jigawa state, Sule Lamido dropped a devastating bombshell authoritatively revealing that Former President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari did not want President Ahmed Tinubu to succeed him. He stated that Buhari worked against Tinubu and even his Vice President, Osinbajo, during the 2023 Presidential Election.
According to Lamido, Tinubu’s emergence as President was a result of his own efforts and determination.
He described Tinubu as a daring and self-made man who did not owe his victory to anyone, including Buhari.
He confirmed that Tinubu knew that his victory was not from Buhari, therefore he , owed Buhari nothing
He said Tinubu is jagaban for a reason, he added.
Lamido also revealed the possible challenges the PDP might encounter in the 2027 election while admitting Tinubu’s dominance in the polity.
The former governor of Jigawa state stressed that, Tinubu was very daring. At the APC convention, Buhari was against him, but he defeated Buhari.
