Community Newspaper Publishers under the aegis of Association of Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria (ACNPN),Delta State Council has congratulated Sheriff Oborevwori on his victory as governor-elect of the State in the March 18th, 2023 governorship election.
In a released signed by the Chairman of the Association, Comrade, Jude Obiemenyego and Secretary, Mercy Akuba made available to journalists, disclosed that with the Victory, Oborevwori has demonstrated unyielding boldness and determination to accomplish more on the M.O.R.E. agenda for all Deltans.
According to the release, ” the association is proud that as our Patron, you will do well. This is an amazing moment for us to celebrate you, because you have worked so hard to get to this position”.
The release contained that because of the wonderful legacies of Oborevwori in the legislative chamber, everybody loves to be associated with him.
The Association also urged the governor-elect to relate with the people at the grassroots to enable him achieve a better result in governance.
The Association also maintained that the legacies of Rt(Hon) Sheriff Oborevwori is an indelible one, stressing that being a wonderful man, who cannot be forgotten as a visionary leader, motivator,selfless servant, humble creature, is a phenomenal change agent.
The released further described Oborevwori’s victory as a well deserved one and that his election on march 18, 2023 was a true reflection of the wishes of the people of Delta State.
The association commended the youths across the state for their uncommon show of love and acceptance by way of massive votes for Rt. (Hon) Sheriff Oborevwori, adding that the people were unanimous, resolute and decisive in sieving through all manners of propagandas and champion of calamity to vote massively for him and their action leaves no one in doubt that his emergence was a manifestation of the absolute and unchangeable will of God.
