The 2023 Election is about change, not only in national leadership but in Delta North Senatorial Area, change for reforms that work for the people and not for a few, change for reforms that provides jobs and more importantly change for the governance that respects the rule of law. Reps Ned Nwoko is the candidate. He will bring succour to our people, because he will place the interests of Delta Northerners first before some abstract economic performance indicators that have little or no bearing on bread and butter issues. With the blessings, consent and support, he will transform Delta North and realise our dreams and the full potentials of the Senatorial Area. Delta North deserves a Senator who understands the sufferings of the people, not a Senator that derives joy in the sufferings of the people. Ned is going to work tirelessly to create opportunities for our people to fulfil themselves. He will offer a leadership that sets a vision and then inspires the Delta Northerners to work towards the attainment of that vision. He will lead by example and learn from our mistakes. However, he will run an inclusive leadership that brings people together to work for their common goal. It will be a leadership that understands that its power flows from the people and not the other way round. Ned’s Senatorial leadership
will be one that understands that leadership is a relationship, a dialogue and not a monologue. He is going to liberate Delta Northerners from the jaws of tyranny and autocratic rule of those that represented the area as Senators and putting the Senatorial Area on the path where the people would be the king. This Senatorial election is a contest for and about uplifting the lives of the forgotten millions of Delta Northerners who work very hard but get very little. It is a contest for and about millions of Delta Northerners who have no work at all. It is a contest for and about millions of hard working middle class Delta Northerners whose standard of living is progressively being eroded. It is a contest for and about the transformation of the socioeconomic landscape of Delta North. It is a contest for and about the enthronement of a more just and equitable Delta North. It is about giving the people of Delta North a Senator that will put their interests first. Delta Northerners , make no mistake about the importance of this coming election .This is another transition from one civilian Senator to another. This election is about change-change not only in our Senatorial leadership, party politics and politicking, but also change in Delta North itself. As this election comes on Saturday, Delta Northerners have a critical choice to make. That choice is no other person than Ned Nwoko. Because he is the true one with the help of God to bring change for true reforms that will work for the people, change for reforms that create jobs, change for reforms that provides adequate electricity, good roads, security of lives and properties. Today, as Delta North stands on a threshold of a new era, it is our belief that we require a new kind of leadership, a leadership that is committed to this process of change, a leadership that is neither all-knowing nor constrained by the regressive politics of the present.
