There was a free for all fight in Cable Point Community, Asaba, Delta State Capital recently, which left some persons seriously injured.
ZN garnered that the fight was between the Cable Keke Task force Unit and Arewa Youths, due to unsettled scores that have been lingering for sometime.
However authorities in charge of restoring peace in the community with the help of the security agents have been able to bring the situation under control. And peace has finally been restored in the area as at the time ZN visited. Heavy presence of security agents was also noticed all over the community for the purpose of ensuring that the tension did not escalate.
Furthermore ZN, was informed that for the purpose of permanent solution to the problem and peace to continue to reign, an emergency meeting was called by the executives of Cable Dynamic Youth Organization and the Arewa Youth Executives.
Meanwhile those that sustained injuries from the violent clash were responding to treatment in undisclosed hospitals in Asaba, according to information garnered by ZN.
