The grand finale of the fifteen edition of Lecture/Award ceremony of Community Newspaper Publishers under aegis of Association of Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria (ACNPN), Delta State Council is taking place on November 30,2023.
The ceremony that is taking place at conference hall of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Maryam Babangida way, Asaba is fixed for 11:00am.
Senior Policy Adviser to the Governor ,Rt(Hon) Solomon Funkekeme and Internal Auditor, Federal Co_Operative College, Oji_River, Enugu State,Pst Daniel Idowu Okeze are Guest Speakers.
Also, according to the release signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the 2023 Publisher,s Media Week,made available to
the press,disclosed that the themes are:”The Role of Media, Building Synergy Between the Government and Grassroots For Effective
Service Delivery”, Co-operative Society, Model Palliative For Self-Reliance, Economic Growth and Industrialization”.
It was learnt that some persons in the state who has done well in their career and profession to the growth and development in their different communities, will be recognized.
His Excellency, Rt (Hon), Sheriff Oborevwori is the Special Guest of Honour while His Royal Majesties of Umu Ebu Kingdom and Abala Kingdom will be the Royal Fathers of the day.
